We are seeking mature and passionate candidates for the position of Behavior Coach to join our Behavioral Health Services team.
Job Overview
Behavior Coaches are behavioral health technicians that work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA), on a clinical team helping train families throughout the valley to be the primary agents of lasting behavior change with their child and in their home.
This position includes intensive training, ongoing professional development, competitive pay, travel compensation, and the satisfaction of improving the global health of families affected by autism and other mental disorders.
Applicants should have extensive experience working with autism, aggressive behaviors, and challenging home environments. Experience working in the behavioral health system is preferred. Candidates must be able to remain professional in a variety of challenging environments. Due to the nature of this job, high quality work is expected and rewarded.
Staff are expected to provide their own transportation to commute to and from client homes around the valley. Applicants must have at least 15 hours per week available, including most weekday afternoons. Full-time may also be available.
